Since 2000, Aranka has been affiliated with Windermere Real Estate’s Lynwood office, where she is surrounded by a diverse group of talented colleagues. It was no surprise to them when Aranka was voted one of “Best in Client Satisfaction” by Seattle Magazine!
How does an agent earn such a prestigious honor? It all begins with attitude. Aranka is keenly focused on the needs of her buyer and seller clients, and is dedicated in her efforts to help each and every client achieve their goals. That focus begins with a strong foundation of the basic building blocks of real estate, to which Aranka has added additional skills and experience. She has completed her Certified Residential Specialist designation, which is held by a relatively small percentage of all agents in the country! She is also a Certified Negotiation Expert – and the skills required to earn that designation have benefited both her buyers and her sellers.

A skilled communicator, Aranka not only excels at keeping clients abreast of market changes or issues with an offer in progress, she also is able to effectively correspond with the agent on the other side of the table – a skill many aspire to, but few are successful at.
Aranka’s emphasis on research and market data allows her to work – and negotiate – from a position of strength for her clients. Unlike many agents who will tell someone the market is “good” or “bad”, Aranka understands that a real estate market is comprised of a series of mini-markets – and a determination of market strength requires research to determine which of the market influencers are coming to bear in any particular situation.

Aranka’s multicultural background has been provided a competitive edge in her business life. She speaks both English and Hungarian, allowing her to bridge the gap with buyers and sellers not native to the United States.
When not working, Aranka enjoys life with husband, 3 grown children and Australian Labradoodle Molly. Gardening and hiking are just two of Aranka’s favorite hobbies.
